Welcome to the Zanesville Mould Division Anchor Glass Container Corporation is the third largest manufacturer of glass containers for consumer products in the US. The Zanesville Mould facility in Zanesville, Ohio serves Anchor Glass by manufacturing high quality mould components to meet the needs of the glass plants. Emphasis is placed on rapid turnaround, while meeting and exceeding the high quality standards demanded by the industry. Zanesville Mould is housed in a 102,000 square foot manufacturing facility. The mould division supports a broad range of manufacturing technologies geared toward effective production of glassmaking components in brass, cast iron, steel, stainless steel and nickel based alloys. Manufacturing equipment includes turning/milling centers with robotic part loading, 4 and 5-axis cutting and positioning mills and high speed machining (HSM) centers. Also included in the manufacturing arsenal are palletized machining cells, welding equipment utilizing various technologies, EDM hole drilling and double end turning or turning/milling machines. An experienced group of mouldmakers, support, engineering and management staff provide the talent and knowledge base to deliver a quality product. Zanesville Mould has faced many difficult but enjoyable manufacturing challenges. As in the past, the personnel in this facility continue to produce low cost and high quality mould equipment.
