Anchor is a relatively young company with lots of history. Anchor Glass Container Corporation came into existence a little more than two decades ago, but its oldest plant in Salem, NJ dates back to the late 1800's. Corporate consolidations, buyouts, acquisitions, and name changes created the Anchor we know today. Anchor currently operates eight glass plants, a machine repair facility, and a mould making facility across the country and is headquartered in Tampa, FL.

Anchor serves customers in the beer, tea, soft drink, distilled spirit, food, specialty drink, and consumer product industries and produces bottles in a wide variety of sizes, shapes, colors, and label designs. Anchor's creative design specialists and engineers make bottles that fit the customers needs and desires, while maintaining the highest quality found in the industry today!
