Title: VP Quality
Location: Corporate Headquarters


Oversees all aspects of an organization’s quality control function. Ensures products meet corporate standards as well as all applicable government regulations. Develops procedures for testing of final product and makes decisions regarding the issuance of recall notices. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. 


  • Responsible for ensuring that customer quality requirements and expectations are defined and communicated to the organization.
  • Establish policy and procedures related to quality.
  • Establish and maintain a system for monitoring field quality performance.
  • Maintain the technical support system for customer filling locations.
  • Support the manufacturing plants in addressing the root causes of customer quality issues.
  • Establish the system for evaluating and recommending quality technology improvements.
  • Monitor the internal cost of quality and evaluate opportunities to reduce costs and rework.
  • Facilitate the development and maintenance of plant (customer) to plant (company) relationships.
  • Participate in quality performance reviews with key customers.
  • Coordinate troubleshooting efforts for major quality issues as needed.
  • Directs the corporate quality staff.



Requires a bachelor’s degree with at least 15 years of experience in the field.         

10-15 years of quality management experience.

Supervisory, teambuilding skills required.

Proficient in Microsoft Office products software.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of current quality systems (Six Sigma, Lean).
