Anchor Glass Container Corporation produces a diverse line of flint, amber, green, and other colored glass containers of various types and designs primarily for the beer, food, beverage, liquor, and consumer product industries. Anchor Glass manufactures glass containers for some of the largest companies and brands in the world. However, Anchor Glass understands that some customers may require smaller quantities of glass to serve their needs. As such, Anchor Glass maintains a solid network of glass distributors in North America to service the needs of those customers desiring Anchor Glass containers but requiring a smaller volume of bottles. Our distributors provide a wide array of stock bottles and can provide complete pricing and availability information upon request.

New Product Development

Anchor Glass offers a full-service team dedicated to the development of new products. Whether you've decided to enhance your current package or are launching a new product, our New Product Development Group is ready to guide you through the development process.

Anchor Glass' New Product Development Group was formed to serve the diverse needs of our customers. Our staff will guide you through the entire process — from sketches and line drawings to Lucite models, mold development, and glass production. Our team provides 2D drafting, 3D Solid Modeling, Rendering, Electronic PDF files and Lucite Models. We also have an experimental and developmental glass making machine located in Lawrenceburg, Indiana to help speed the process of getting production samples to market.

Each design is carefully calculated and analyzed to exacting specifications for shape and decoration, which has resulted in a success rate of 99% for first production start up on new designs. The Glass Packaging Institute (GPI) has honored the company and its designers with 33 Clear Choice Awards for expanding the frontiers of packaging design that uses glass in innovative ways.
