Vision
To be America’s most trusted maker of glass containers.

Anchor Glass is a leading North American manufacturer of premium specialty glass packaging for beer, beverage, food, spirits, and ready-to-drink brands — with four plants, ~1,300 people, and headquarters in Tampa, Florida.
To be America’s most trusted maker of glass containers.
To safely, efficiently and competitively deliver the highest quality glass containers.
Three priorities that shape every decision across the company.
Safety leads the shift — ahead of output, and the same standard at every plant.
One accountable team, from first sketch to delivery at the customer's dock.
Furnaces, molds, and lines run to a standard: right the first time, every time.
Five principles that show up on every shift, in every plant.
Integrity
We say what we will do, then do it.
Continuous Improvement
Every run is a chance to make the next one better.
Ownership
The person closest to the work owns the outcome.
Accountability
We measure results and stand behind them.
Teamwork
Plants, labs, and offices solve problems together.
Furnace operators, mold shops, lab techs, schedulers, designers, drivers, and account teams, ~1,300 people who take ownership of the container before it ever reaches a filling line. That shared standard is why a job can move between plants and still come out the same.
